SEO Solicitation

by  |  August 15th, 2011

Yeah, we all (people who own their own domains and websites) get those from time to time.

Basically its a note or message or email or even phone call of some person/business trying to sell their Search Engine Optimization service to you.

Their main point is that the website in question is not at the top of whatever “keyword” they searched for and they’re offering to get you better ranking.

Here’s my honest opinion about such service… Fuck off!

Yeah that’s right… I just swore… deal with it.

Here’s my true reasoning for such response above…

If the person soliciting such service to me for my site and is using the contact form on my site to contact me about the service then that means…

Drum roll please…

That they found my site *shock::shock*

I know how to do SEO… frankly its a pain in the arse but I can do it… in fact I have done a lot of SEO stuff for this site.

It befuddles me to no end as to what the heck these guys think they could offer me that I haven’t done.

Call me cheap… call me lazy but I really don’t want other people mucking around in my code to put their stuff in it so that it adds another link to their site and services – no thank you.

So yeah… you people who are trying to sell me your services on SEO… you’re wasting your time.

Go find another site to harass.

Love,
FoxyLynn
